All they have to do is make it so it doesn't auto-shutdown games when the power-off prompt screen appears if you accidentally press it.

You know, like how every other handheld gaming device or phone has worked in the past few years if said button doesn't engage sleep mode

That said, even with the DS Fat having the power button right above the bloody d-pad, I've yet to have an accidental power off a Nintendo handheld across all gens of DS/3DS.

My issue with that position is itll get pressed while its closed, whereas in the old spot at least it got concealed when closed.
