A video game tie-in has been announced - "Zombieland: Double Tap – Road Trip" for PC, PS4, XB1, & Switch. It's a top-down twin-stick shooter developed by High Voltage Software (Mutant Year Zero).

Ehh, I'm not expecting an oscar worthy screen play. If I get a few good one liners while zombies go through a proverbial blender, while I shut my brain off and just enjoy the show, I'll consider it a win.

I saw this last night. I'd call it a worthy follow up to the original. There's a bonus scene after the credits start. Also Abigail Breslin's tits look gigantic.
