Also, I think this is a good time to mention her outfit and appearance, as the recent set photos have caused some controversy amongst fans. Starfire is introduced to us the night after a DISCO PARTY. The reason she looks like someone out of a 1970s club is that she was at one. Her dress and hairstyle aren’t part of her usual look. So, everyone needs to relax a bit and wait for the official image. Okay… back to the story.

Except it was filmed during the day? I feel like this is damage control. Even if it what they say is true, how can they expect any other reaction from our FIRST LOOK at her without any context? Raven still looks pretty lame.

They said it was a pic of her coming from a costume party. Also, I thought I read they were coloring Beast Boy's skin green in post. I get they don't want to show off all of the costumes just yet, but it seems it's doing nothing but generate negative feedback. Not a smart way to promote your show, DC.


I feel like the teaser for this will be disastrous.
