Got an email from SE support overnight saying it's done. Mog station not updated to reflect the changes but I just assume it's lag in the system or something. Going to work now so will check again when I'm home.

SE support was surprisingly very helpful and rapid. I just still have no idea how or where this erroneous account came from, I'm really baffled.

Saga continues. I spoke too soon about support being good.

Still no change on Mog station and can't level past 60 in game still. Emailed their support again

And it's resolved for real now. Had to email SE once more to be like 'You didn't actually do anything' and then they sorted it a few hours later. Can gain exp again and the expansions are on the right service account. Overall 8/10 service, slow but that was mostly my fault for not responding to them in a timely fashion.

Thanks! So far I'm happy to be back. I quit at the end of ARR after the zeta grind broke me and couldn't stomach all my gear being outdated by a new xpac.

Halfway through dragonsong war now and just doing my damndest not to get attached to the armor. This isn't xi

And a big Ty to SE for Hildebrand. Xiv is worth it just for these quests.

What level do I have to be to unlock sage, 60 or 70? Don't say 70. If 70, can I buy 70?

Seems to make more sense to play fancy new healer than 50whm when I have a 60 already. If all else fails Sam looks cool and is already 60.

All new jobs are always 10 levels below the max of the previous expansion. So Reaper and Sage will start at 70

Okay what's the worst job to level that I should boost to 70 cause I'm lazy and rather boost something to 70 than play my 60sam or 50whm.

I guess a caster right like smn I don't have any ranged options, brd maybe?

My friends can't create on Behemoth and don't want to anyway cause supposedly it has high Brazilian pop. I left gilg when I shouldn't have.

Is it worth us all going to a preferred world on crystal? Maybe Balmung? Or should we just create on Leviathan since cross realm is a thing I guess and I wouldn't need to transfer? I think preferred nets a free char transfer but idk how good Balmung is.

Basically is there a good server we can create on, should we do preferred, etc.

Balmung is RP central so consider that. Crystal in general has lower population so people joke you can't raid if you go there but I haven't found that to be true. I see PF all the time for raids and have done several myself. I am on Brynhildr and have no issues with que times either.

The free transfer is nice for me but looks like they'd get double XP on Balmung and I wouldn't. Shitty.

I would say yes. Might be a little harder to find statics if you want to do day 1 raiding but even then I don't think it would be that much an issue. I honestly never really have a que time over 10 minutes unless doing really old stuff. There is constantly a dozen plus PF going. People exaggerate that Crystal is bad for raiding.

I've been on Mateus (also on Crystal) for a while now and cleared all of these savage tiers this expansion. I also know quite a few people that have done Ultimates and stuff too. Might not be as huge of an endgame population compared to other data centers, but you can still get it done.

Sadly, SE made BA intentionally ridiculous to group up for so discord was the only choice that the community really had.
