Why the fuck, when you can get 230 lore/weeping and upgrade it to 240 AND lore tomes will be unlocked? Yeah they're aetherial but yoshida said he won't make the same mistake again as he did with the initial diadem dropping BiS 210 pieces.

When is Diadem coming out? i235 makes no sense. I thought last time he though 205 would have been better, instead of 210.

iirc, in an interview there will be crafted 250 gear as well since the current easy alternative is Lore/Upgrade and Weeping city gear.

Since they mentioned spoil changes, that's probably going to be like what the 180? 170? or whatever it is was gear in the first set of Diadem. Otherwise if people will have to diadem to get materials for the crafted stuff..that's going to be..insane and I guess one way to force us to do it.

Well 210 already gives 3, and they did speak about spoil changes, wouldn't be surprised if 235 is 5 spoils, that would actually make materia V faster to farm from there compared to palace of the dead

Or they're changing everything to give 10x the spoils it used to (or just changing the type of spoils they give) and adding new items, because there's also a note saying "please spend any tokens you have before 3.4 hits". They've done similar things before, preventing people who've stockpiled tokens from having a huge advantage in a new patch.

Yeah, I have like 4 stacks of spoils I can blow instantly if the new items uses the current set..largely why as said it probably won't since I mean...when they introduced "empty crystal/clusters" they literally copy/pasted the item from 1.x since it would have given 1.x players a VERY SMALL advantage over 2.x players instead of just letting us use the ones we no doubt had hundreds of laying around.
