I mean, it's about the price of the mount+clothes together that I was anticipating.

yeah I'd still buy it. plus you get the cute hood thing.
can NA players buy it tho?
If there were a bunch of JP players riding around carbuncles and we didn't get to...
I think there would be riots.
Still I don't wanna buy the stupid hood or the stupid clothes (I refuse to wear extra ears to go with my cat ears unless they cover my cat ears), I just want the mount(s).
You can buy it but the code won't work unless you're on a JP SE account. NA as usual (if this is how you get it) will get some obscure promotion because SE wants to go with the cheapest option possible for them.
or they'll put it on the SE store, code will be limited time offer, will be constantly sold out and if you do manage to get your hands on one you'll be paying $40 in shipping fee's for a $25 item.
You americans might be 2nd rate citizens compared to the japanese, but you've got nothing on the EU. The campaign involving items, for cloud this time has yet again been marred by ridicilous things. This time a pisspoor UK webshop with a design that made most people wonder if it was a fraud, with a terrible selection of goods, and the only thing non-PS4 owners could get (at least at first, I haven't checked lately) were game time cards, which were sold out for as long as I bothered to keep half an eye on it anyway.
The best answer is not to spend shit on this stupid ass stuff.
If they want to just take money for it, sure, I'm cool with that but I'm not jumping through hoops just so I can also throw money at you.
You know that's not an option.
At least the items are better than what they released for FFXI.
Yeah like a $135 necklace that let you teleport a party to Nashmau.
The day has finally come where I agree fully with Elcura on something, fuck.
doing /soothe leves with choco and carby out gives me such OCD
like I know I won't fail the leve just because my idiot friends keep attacking the target after I pacify it but IT STILL REALLY BOTHERS ME :/
You could just heel carby after every mob and re-obey him every time
For those leves I usually heel my chocobo for the whole thing cause it bugs me too.
lol that's exactly what I do, every time. although it annoys me to no end that I have to; USE YOUR BRAIN CARBY
honestly I think I'm just going to stop taking those leves; there are plenty of other less annoying ones. I won't do those, and I won't do escort missions either because the time/reward ratio on escorts is absolute fuckery
Why is it so hard for people in PvP to understand that we have to kill the enemy healers?
I swear, people chase DPS around while the healers stand a few feet behind the dps snickering (or however you spell that in English), making it a lost battle from the onset.
I can never kill a pvp healer
but I can occupy one with healing itself while everyone else dies
also, #ACNProblems: miasma -> bio -> bane -> just kidding you bane'd too quickly and bio wasn't ticking yet
EVERY GOD DAMNED TIME
edit: in the 15 minutes or so since I made this post I have done it again. twice.
must... learn... to delay... bane...
How to kill a pvp healer:
Be something that has stun or silence. Get them to about 30% HP then stun/silence them. Finish them off with a couple big moves.
It's also important to remember that just putting the heat on the healer by yourself in pvp will often allow your friends to kill the dps, as the healer will usually be busy curing himself as priority. This is a pretty effective way to clear out a group. This also goes for if there are two healers; attack one of them and the other one will often prioritize his fellow healer and let the tanks and dps die lol. Healer solidarity ftw.
