Get that extra ilv to make the earlier ones a breeze and also I can spend the totems.

^ This is the only logical thing to do, they'll buff drop rates and kills will be pretty quick with all the skipped mechanics.

I love how healer gets all the comms for just doing their job, but if anything goes wrong it's 100% your fault no matter what

Or you get that one tank in expert with a mix of 310-320 gear and then they're nearly dead as the pull settles vs. a geared tank who can last 3gcds without babysitting. They really made the defense stat climb on gear this expansion pretty steep.

In terms of expert roulettes in the past month, the player quality (re: DPS output) has went off a cliff on my DC. I'd also like to preemptively declare RDM as the lolJob of 4.0 in terms of powerful job that attracts bad players that have nfc how to play.

I haven't really been doing any experts and still capping. It's easy to cap just randomly farming stuff/pvp/potd to 200.

I'd like to know also, but my last week's worth of experts have had a staggering amount of lolrdm and loldrgs doing less than the tank.


Only reason to use Vercure on RDM is to prep dualcast between pulls/phases at any rate. Anything else and you blame your healer.

Well if you understand the intricacies of being a healer and your healer(s) are actually struggling RDM can be a godsend for getting that extra cure out that saves the tank or whatever. Having to raise and take a weakness penalty is going to hurt overall dps WAY more than the hit you take from tossing a vercure here and there in emergencies. It's one of my favorite things about RDM because I love playing support but very few jobs are based around support abilities (and I do play AST and sometimes BRD but it's not enough give me dancer alreadddyyyy <_>)

I'm glad I'm officially done with jobs below 60 because jesus fuck every healer in Gubal Normal is braindead. They're dying to autoattacks from demon book. They let tank die to random shit and think Cure 3 is the best cure.
