many people has been doing this on NA servers
they do this because they can get MIP from friends. basically they kick 1 person, and then leave with 1 person staying put. the rest will rejoin in progress so it become 4 non-partied person to give MIP to one another
it can still become random person and they can do nothing about it, but you were just the starting pawn to the grand scheme of things
sorry for you and fuck those people
Considering how long and awful these queues are for DPS, that's fucking awful.
Que time plus the time it takes these mouth breathers to even get to the last boss only to have to repeat the whole process again. May the neck beard catch fire and burn slow.
random complain: did about 100 turn 4 and still no NIN weapon /sadface
We got a clear for a tank in our FC on Wednesday and the daggers dropped for us. Instantly went to one of our bards so we could have another melee. He now tops the parse.
Of course in all my own clears never got a tank body did get the stupid ring though.
Trying to get back into the swing of end game stuff, can't seem to find a group that can clear Ramuh EX.
Finally get a group of DPS/Healers that can handle storms/chaos and the tanks can't seem to get their swaps straight. I just wanna do shiva fffffffuuuuuuu /rant.
LOL after i complain, i get it next darnus XD
complain always work
I've seen 3 tank bodies dropped and every time I always just passed it to the other tank.
1) Better for our WAR so he got it first.
2) Guy's first T9 win and tank main so wanted to give it to him.
3) Guy helping out on farm post-2.4 and I just got sword.
Really starting to envy that longcoat.
we have dozens of kills and haven't seen it drop once. makes me so mayad
I made a bad deal with our MT which included me passing the first coat to him. Karmically it worked out since on our 2nd and 3rd kills I got my axe and then my smn book so w/e, but then we never saw another tank coat so boo.
seriously i could give a fuck about my HA axe i just want to look dope as hell
you don't think the High Allagan Rowing Oar looks dope?
i want that coat on NIN
Ran SV normal for an animus book. Healer was awesome, DPS...not so much. Pugilist (yes a lvl 45 Pugilist, no other jobs or classes unlocked) spent most of the dungeon punching mobs in the face. Eventually resorted to manually turning the mobs so PGL was attacking from the rear for some shred of damage. Final boss went to at least five air phases and the PGL was dead by the third air phase. WHM didn't bother to raise and we really didn't notice the difference in kill speed.
I honestly have to question why they'd even let you ask for in-progress. "Hey, would you like a potential chance to waste less of your time?" I mean, unless you're fishing for loot, who wouldn't want that?
Should just get it as a random bonus, or perhaps change it to "Full run only" so that if your preference is *not* to do in-progress, then you can do that.
Well, unless other levers are put into place, you'll have issues such as Coil JiP. You may find yourself as the only person in a duty because everyone else left and the zone has yet to close. This already happens when choosing JIP and would be another wrench in the plan for giving everyone a random shot at time savings.
