2 Dragon Horse (fuck that guy, had to use espers to kill him and advance in Type 0 when I was on this fight in my first playthrough) and 1 bomb, out of 30ish runs total.

As much as I'm starting to loathe type-0 events, it does least make me remember how kickass its ost was.

For the bahamut hacking, the Facebook page did mention they are aware of it and will try to keep us updated.

All I did for nox macro was hit the macro record button once I had the earth shrine menu up already. Hit each button very deliberately with about a 5 second delay to account for loading and such. On the drops part I waited for 10seconds because sometimes you get alot of junk. Once you pop back out to main menu hit stop and it will have recorded all your button hits. Can increase the loop speed on the setting part. Also I skip friend units to make it simpler. Just make sure you have alot of material room for drops.

Edit: Wilhelm looks like a crazy tank but Grace sure looks fun. Her 1200% AoE physical after buffing 100% or 200% ATK looks crazy awesome (she dies, but Rikku is coming).

I think only certain units can do this - I would have to guess it's units with invariable frame data (i.e. 5,5,5,5,5 between each hit instead of 5,6,5,7,5 or something) but omg is it sexy. Trance Terra activated dual perfect spark chain Chaos Wave is just... it's just so. damn. sexy.

I've pretty much given up on chains since they're so fucking character dependent, and among mine, Lightning is probably among the worst.

yeah, you pretty much need dupes to chain perfectly. and even then it can be difficult depending on the character. mages (like TT) it's so much easier because there's no lead time for them to move into position.
