But we haven't even gotten the first one yet. lol

I'm glad we are actually getting the first one in America AND on the Vita lol. I had given up hope. Now I just need Dragon Quest Heroes 2 to makes it way over here on the Vita and I will be set.

Why would they announce a mobile game (or any new game actually) after TGS? XIV expansion makes sense considering Fanfest is less than a month away but it seems kinda early at the same time. Heavensward was registered only one week early and we only knew it was XIV related because the JP title was directly referencing Ishgard. Stormblood would fit but I guess we'll have to wait and see for now.

Well to be fair, stuff like FF Record Keeper is a lot different than developing a brand new Mana console title for phones.

People have fun with the mobile games designed for short spurts on a mobile platform. People have issues with console titles on phones just because of the userbase.

FFRK is a rare exception. Theres gacha involved but it actually has depths to the fights that require actual tinkering with party members and strategies.
