...wait, didn't Deke die in FE? And you had to choose either Hanna or Glas survived the ending? I remember they were all back in FE2 but that was a prequel.

Didn't they have a similar proclamation a few years ago around the time of the PS4 launch with regards to 1-2 big titles per year?
I would not be surprised to see FFXVI or FFXVII be a MMO.Last, but not least, Matsuda-san expressed the intention to design games able to generate recurring revenue streams in the future.
“Titles that have become global hits recently have tended to be offered via the “Games as a Service” model, and we believe this is going to be the mainstream model for gaming in the future. In developing future titles, we will approach game design with a mind to generate recurring revenue streams.
I would be. Managing multiple MMO titles by one company is not very feasible, add to that the fact that MMO genre in general is drying out and slowly dying.
The hit sequel to I am Setsuna. I am Vegan.
That was one of the most boring game trailers I've ever sat through, and I usually love those types of games.
Random clips, words places over it, and one solemn really bleh music track. Awful trailer but I still wanna see more based on the type of RPG i see. =/
Agreed, though I think the concept sounds interesting and the way they seem to present it in the game world of people and places becoming opaque snow-like fog looks like a neat cross between FF5's Void and FF9's Mist. This could almost play into an I Am Setsuna prequel of sorts.
I think its telling this is Switch/PS4/Steam and not XBox.
Glad to see Tokyo RPG Factory is alive and not twiddling thumbs.
I'm glad I wasn't the only one thinking "this is the worst trailer I've seen in a while"
Gotta at least show an interesting story concept. All I saw was "some people disappeared lole"
Is imagination dead? Sure feels like it. I can't feel any imagination behind any of the recent stuff, just dull, dreary drama concepts and the "will to survive/powerful hero(ine)".
In short, bring me the next Chrono game. And don't fuck it up.
It's a thoroughly mediocre trailer, to be sure, but at least it's not "close up of a character followed by a zoomed out shot of the same art, reveal character name and CV, with a voice line playing, and maybe a small square on the right side with 5 seconds of gameplay" levels of unoriginal, so it's a quarter step above most JRPGs in my book.
I did think it was a major console title at first, considering the graphic posted with that "outlook" was all console titles I don't think it's too much of a stretch to think that.
It being a mobile title obviously changes that.
