With their worlds in imminent danger, the superheroes suit up for battle while J'onn (David Harewood) and Alex (Chyler Leigh) recruit Lena (Katie McGrath) to help them find a way to save the people of Earth-38. We expected Earth-38 to get wiped. Wonder how this is going to affect Supergirl going ahead? Only half the people from her planet made it but now there are 3 billion doppelgangers in Earth 1??

Didn't think Oliver would die in episode 1 of Crisis. What are they gonna do in the 2 episodes of Arrow that are left over after Crisis?? I'm assuming he's somehow going to come back and die again in the actual Arrow episode

You guys are funny if you think Oliver is actually dead in episode 1 of Crisis. And also that he got killed off in an episode of Supergirl.

I'd be pretty unhappy if that's really how he goes out. Dude was basically the backbone of this universe and he dies as a result of an off-screen conflict. He deserves better than that.

I'm hoping the brief jump to the future indicates that that future Oliver might somehow get involved. Technically not the same dude, sure, but it also opens the door to other tricks or doubling down on the sacrificial mindset of the character.

Bumping this thread cause it was the first one I came across that wasn't the new Green Arrow show thread.

The Crisis event ended today with back to back episodes of Arrow and Legends. A very interesting... and kind of pointless(??) cameo in the first episode lol

Kind of underwhelmed in general.

My feeling they did Ollie's end poorly stands even with the 2.0 sacrifice. However, I'd say there was a broader problem of the fight choreography simply being horrible in the big encounters. The whole Speed Force scavenger hunt mind fuckery also fell pretty flat.

In terms of characters, Black Lightning got the real short end of the crossover stick, where him replacing the average joe probably could've been better. Batwoman also could've been a bigger player. I don't know if the intent of the event was to basically pass the torch to Supergirl for the Arrowverse, but that's basically the vibe I walked away with.

Was fun. I can see why people would be underwhelmed. The fights definitely weren't that good. But everyone crossing over is always good fun. The Legends episode was amazing. Had me cracking up so many times
