Looks like Devil wears Prada with superpowers
I was bored. Both Arrow/Flash promo's looked decent. This does not sadly.
Another blackified character.
Sorry, I am not feeling it. Kara in the comics is a lot more aggressive and this just feels like she's way too giddy. Also, she was supposed to have arrived on Earth as a teenager (She left krypton in suspended animation as a teenager to look for baby Kal-El). And LOL at her making her costume...the suit that she wears is supposed to be what she wore when she arrived on Earth (at least in the new 52)
Too bad they couldn't get Laura Vandervoort (Smallville) because she at least looked the part.
Basing anything off New 52 is a horrible idea.
Seems kinda lame. I don't know if I'll be watching.
Trailer reminds me of the snl black widow trailer...... It's gonna be bad. Lol
I'll be watching because unlike other comic stuff, at least this doesn't look totally dark.
Also yeah, the girl they had in Smallville as Kara looked the part okay, but my god she could not act worth shit.
So I guess I'll be one of the few BG folks who tune in! ;p
It looks a lot better than I expected. I expect it to be stacked with drama and romance over superheros and villains though. I've almost given up on Arrow from the same shit.
Looks good to me! She smashes stuff and throws people through walls.
Definitely a different feel compared to some of the other hero tv shows. Seems like they're targeting a female audience specifically with it given the general theme the trailer had, not that that's a bad thing to me. But I'm sure a lot of people will be butthurt about it
If we have seen anything from Shield, Arrow, and Flash, it's this: if the writing is good, they can fix everything else.
So I'll withhold judgement until the season is half over.
plus she looks like felicity from behind and some angles when she's got her glasses on. Felicity with super powers! But black jimmy olsen, and he's not even a nerdy kid, and her love interest guy knows her secret so soon is meh.
She's basically Michael Cera if Michael Cera were a chick.
Sara Michaels
Not necessarily. The Supergirl in the new 52 was pretty badass and had a much better story than what they are pushing on CBS. Same with Wonder Woman in the new 52. A lot of people don't like the retcon origin story of WW being half amazonian half god (Father was Zeus and her being born from clay was a cover up), but I actually thought it was a good shakeup.
