And in that lost year, Rose will be killed off, Snoke will have been revived, and the empire will be exactly as it was before. Also Jar Jar Binks will be back to take Leia's place.
Just enough time to build another super-death-star-world-killer-mega-weapon I bet.
Aww shit, they're gonna witness the firepower of that fully operational battlestation all over this bitch.
Last Jedi took such pains to make sure that the third movie absolutely could not be a remake of RotJ like it was of Empire and Force was of New Hope that they'd really have to just off-screen handwave just about everything before going to the final battle on the Jungle Moon of Erdon.
Oh man. I bet Kylo and Rey are gonna struggle so hard between the light and dark side!
First trailer is expected to debut in mid April at Star Wars Celebration. Will then be attached to Avengers: Endgame.
I will do my duty and finish out this saga, but I'm done with the SW after this
As frustrating as 8 was, it's still not prequel level of bad, so hoping 9 will have a satisfying ending, then they can do a few year break and go original story route
Tbh I too am done with SW after this. I don't have much faith in Disney.
Not trying to sound dramatic but I can turn off my brain and watch eps 2 & 3 before I re-watch TLJ. I have yet to re-watch it since the theater. Curiosity will still make me watch ep 9 to see how they salvage this.

BG is full of some dramatic motherfuckers.
Prequels better than 8, we've truly hit a dumbass level.
In no universe are the prequels good movies, you fucking apologist rebel scum.
I hope IX is as good as or better than VIII, which was the best Star Wars movie.
Prequels were better than 8.
/equip “Flame Shield”
The prequels gave us r/prequelmemes which is a national treasure
