I can absolutely see Denzel Washington as a Mandalorian who thought he was out of the mandalorying game but gets pulled back in.

Or at least watch Star Wars Clone Wars + Rebels if old games are not your dig.
The Mandalorian Candidate.
Mandalorians are warrior clans existing in the times of the Old Republic. By the time the movies have started they’ve just about been wiped out save for a few stray groups. They make appearances in the Clone Wars and Rebels and, perhaps most famously, the armor that Jango & Boba Fett wear is the traditional Mandalorian battle armor.
So what you’re telling me is that they’re the Saiyans of Star Wars. Armor and all. Gotcha.
they are p much the ginyu force.
I'm wondering if "The Mandalorian" is going to end up being that guy who found Boba's armor after ROTJ.
From consulting with nerds I have discovered that it is a TV series by Jon Favralorian.
Another TV series announced for Disney Plus (their new paid for platform). Will act as a prequel to Rogue One featuring Cassian Andor.
CASSIAN ANDOR LIVE-ACTION SERIES ANNOUNCED
The rousing spy thriller will explore tales filled with espionage and daring missions to restore hope to a galaxy in the grip of a ruthless Empire. A release date for the series has not yet been announced.
Groannnnnn.
ugh, what a terrible idea.
Gotta squeeze some more water out of the rock through other means now that the anthology movies been canceled lol.
I did The Void virtual reality Star Wars experience and the “mission briefing” is from cassian. I somehow knew after seeing him there it wouldn’t be the last time I saw that fucking twirp. Gah. Everything about that dude just sucks.
I was kinda hoping we'd get an Episode IX title today during the call, oh well
Anyone else actually surprised? This is what Disney DOES. Look at their renaissance films. Literally every single one has either a sequel, series, or both.
I just don’t see how their stuck their feelers our and concluded that audiences think cassian is a character they were receptive to enough to give him an entire series. He dies. The end.
