I saw it Friday night. I took a day to think about how I felt about it before I posted.

I enjoyed it. I liked it for what it was but it's not what it should have been. J.J. Arbams did a admirable job of trying to fix all the plot holes and answer the unanswered questions from TLJ. The first part of the movie made my head spin from going to scene, to scene so many times. It's just sad to see the story a lot of people grew up with go out like this.

It would be incredibly stupid to push it with main characters. It would potentially cost them $300M+ with China. Big business doesn't give two shits about inclusion; they will push it in markets or products where it will benefit them and avoid it in markets or products where it will hurt sales.

Star Wars will always fail in China. They have no connection to the films like Western audiences do.
