So apparently Ryu's Hadouken saps V-trigger in the newest build. Trying to find the post about it for reference, but if true, that puts him squarely in shit-tier.

He doesn't seem very good to begin with. He relies on Fireballs in a game that every character can punish them easily.

he's pretty solid in VT install but taking that away from him would hurt a lot

he's not total crap as-is, good buttons, a good throw, can hitconfirm from lights without relying on light light special dialouts

Also, we have just announced that we’re releasing six additional characters post-launch in 2016. As mentioned previously, all post-launch gameplay related content will be earnable with Fight Money, and we have revealed the first details on how players will be able to earn Fight Money when the game comes out. And last but not least, we have confirmed that Dhalsim will be joining the initial roster as the first true zoning character in the game.
