    Car Floor matts

Buying my first brand new car this Tuesday. I've been shopping around and have decided on a 2015 mazda cx-5. I'm wanting to get some quality floor mats to help keep the dirt down and keep it as nice as possible and was hoping for some suggestions. I've seen the advertisements for weather Techs laser cut mats and was planning to purchase those, but after reading some reviews it seems that they don't fit as well as they seem. I'm also looking for a rubber liner of the same type that will fit the back while the seats are down (i have two large dogs). I haven't found a real liner yet but planning on getting a truck bed liner and cutting it to size unless I can find a better option. But anyway does anyone have experience with weather tech? or have any other suggestions for similar products they love?

    Good choice!

    /pets his CX-5

    My setup:

http://mazdagear.com/cargo-tray---cx-5.aspx - Like this as living in a winter climate for most of the year, great for trapping snow and dirt when I have to.

http://www.amazon.ca/Genuine-Mazda-A.../dp/B007Q4G8B8 - Invaluable for things like pets.

http://www.amazon.com/3D-MAXpider-Cu.../dp/B00DLMQHX8 - I did a small mod to cover the placement holes and it's great.

Do you live in an area where you expect a lot of dirt and grime to accumulate in your vehicle? Cheap floormats are fine. I prefer that as opposed to bulky liners. But I have a stepdad who details cars, so...whatever. Carpets are not difficult to get cleaned up and looking new.

I'd recommend WeatherTech floor mats - high quality, all weather mats that are custom cut to your car. You can even get 'high-cut' versions that go up the sides of the floor so there is less of a chance of things going under. Expensive, but worth it in my opinion!

Second the weathertech. I have a mazda 3 and their mats fit incredibly well. But thats probably true for all their mats.

Weather tech floor mats are great. Mazda should sell winter mats as well.

The weather techs are nice because they usually have a lip around the edge to hold the dirt, snow, salt, w/e. Then when they get really dirty just shake em out and rinse em at the hose.
