I heard about this eariler today while I was at work. Been sad all day.

I used to be a huge Star Trek geek when I was younger. I saw all the original episodes, the movies, read the books, collected stuff. I still like it but I'm not obsessed with it like how I was then. If you only knew how many hours I spent painting Star Trek garage kits and the like. I kind of looked up to Spock as a character. The point is this makes it more sorrowful as it was something that was a part of my life for so long.
