So, just looking at this again now that I've split it off. The formula looks to be:
    HP Base + Sum( floor(0.5*stat1) + floor(0.5*stat2) + floor(0.5*stat3) )
Where stat1, stat2, and stat3 are the stats associated with the first, second, and third active rune respectively.

It's unclear what determines the "HP Base" term, but it appears to be consistent for a given player and vary across players. Casey_ had a base of 168 and Kensegaku had a base of 158.

    For MP restoration, everyone gets:
    Tenebrae x1: MP Base*2
    Tenebrae x2: MP Base*3
    Tebenrae x3: MP Base*4
but it's unclear what the "MP Base" value is here, either. Based on our two examples, it is 0.37*HP Base.

I would guess that the "Bases" are determined by weapon skill.

In the OF there was some testing that showed at least for Tenebrae the base was based on divine skill.

The formula I derived from the numbers in there was mp gained = floor(divine skill/10)*(1+number of Tenebrae).

Doesn't look like anyone went to see if HP cure base was based on skill as well

I tried divine skill+ on hp restored awhile back. I don't recall if I posted about it.. maybe on the OF.

But anyway, I can attest that divine skill does modify HP cured as well.

That would explain why my pulses were doing more than previous, I went and merited divine skill. I wondered if my rune effect JP's or something had been doing it. Good to know, time to change up some gearswap.

    Okay:

So HP Base is TRUNC(Divine Skill / 2)+10.

I confirmed that MP Base is TRUNC(Divine Skill / 10) as dasva reported.

    Neat.

But, how the hell did you make that table? WANT. The quoted code looks like a nightmare. Is there a simple way to generate one of those? Cause Every time I need to put spreadsheet data in a forum post I spend foreeeever making the columns line up so it's readable.

that's really neat. I've also thought you had to type out the code which is a nightmare

Hmmm so based on those numbers it looks like for healing 3 skill = 1 stat (assuming full 3/3 runes)
