1) Is Probably Ardyn
2) I'll say Minwuu due to what you posted
3) I'll go with Rinoa
4) I'll go with Gladiolus
5) I'll go with Prishe
6) I'll say someone from FFT (Orlandeau or delita)

3) Ashe. XII: TZA recently came out, so would make sense in my eyes. Please no Luna.

Caius would be cool but I think that's a super long shot unless they have Noel or possibly Serah (pls no on both). Caius and Lightning don't really have good interactions but I would take him over anyone else in FFXIII-2 or 3.

Rinoa or Ashe are pretty good guesses for the new female entry imo (Ashe is way more likely given that Laguna is on the bench as a future addition). I'm assuming these are mostly heroes considering they specified the first new male character is a villain.

Seifer is not really important as strange as it sounds, in almost every FF spinoff where VIII is featured Rinoa is more important then Seifer, and still think they will try to milk XV as much as they can

Seifer was considered way back in the original Dissidia as an antagonist to Squall but was dropped for Ultimecia because he would be too similar. If I had to pick someone for FFVIII Rinoa would be the most logical choice given her importance and that she could have some pet mechanics with Angelo, making her different from Ultimecia and the rest of the cast. Unless they plan to add Shadow at some point but he has some fierce competition lol.
