So I bred my first choco last night, P1+P5, got 4*End and 1*Stamina and Speedy Recovery 3 (all from P5 bird) rest was 2*

For the curious, 1+1 is more than sufficient to make a 2. I assume the limitation is just that you can't go higher than (lower parent + 1)

what are the mgp rewards for winning the higher races?

Getting around 141 MGP for winning R120 bracket. Doing sagoli at that level is around 1:55 if you get some good speed boosts and come in first. Not a bad net gain.

Edit: 151 MGP and 330 XP for winning R140. Wasn't easy.

man, once you hit R80, the NPcs step up their game... Speed Racer, Hotspur, Bucking Bo, pretty good NPCs.

The stats on my R40 Grade 3 pedigree bird before breeding. I pick up the chick in a few hours. Hoping for MOAR as a G4.

Edit: I've already explained some of it on the front page, but ive noticed that if you have multiple types of feed and you play around with what to feed your bird every level up, sometimes you can get more stats than you could at other times. For example, sometimes I'll be sitting there looking at +2 to speed, but I go with the +3 end for that level and the next level when I come back, the +2 speed is now a +3 option. I'd suggest playing around and trying to maximize your feeding like this.

Second time I bred my P2 choco, I didn't like the first one I got so I tried again, bought a few permissions and looked at them all before picking one, badass stats and badass parents on this one, plus it's blue and has head start ability.

Just started seeing this today, but it is possible to DNF. You really have to try though, guy had ~90% stamina.
EDIT: Tried it myself, to see if it was to dissuade AFK racing, but you get the same rewards based on what place you were in when the race ends. i.e. I came in 7th, got 54 MGP, 208 exp.

Yeah, there's pretty much no downside to it other than pissing off humans who have to wait another ~20 seconds and I will do it myself if I am gonna be semi-AFK. Just to be doing something.

I've tried having sprint held down while doing this but you usually run out of stamina at 80% and get 6th to 8th anyways.

DNF is a d/c i think? I've seen it a few a times in lower ranks

Nah if you don't sprint the whole race you will generally just not finish. It auto-ends like 20-30 seconds after 1st place finishes. Usually if it had kept going 5-10 more you would finish.

yea, it's just afk racers, it's possible some d/c but when I see the same guy finish dnf 4 races in a row I know it's an afk guy

Not really seeing the point of that. By Pedigree 4 it takes so much experience just to go from 35-40 that getting last place would require 100 races just to be able to retire that bird. Also shitty MGP from last place. I really don't think it'll catch on. The only DNF's ive seen on my server in some 700+ races are DCs.

Do you even get exp and points for dnf? I would imagine you wouldn't to prevent some sort of abuse. Even if you got points it's still something if it values any kind of profit.
