I always wondered whether Olivia's character would have digital/glass body when in the real world. Like, if she was hurt, would that part of her break apart like inside the Grid.

It seemed like she had a human body when she left, but when the Users were inside the grid, they kept their blood/flesh bodies, while the programs kept their digital/glass type bodies. So logically the Programs would keep their digital/glass type bodies when they entered the real world right?

It was just always unclear to me how she was supposed to "change the world," beyond just the revelation that sentient life really does just evolve from nothing.

Not so much the revelation as to what it could mean for future AI/human development. ISOs evolved from programming and contained self-evolved code... which could potentially unlock human DNA or evolve it into something more, or solve genetic diseases, etc, etc.

That's what I was thinking, at least.

The interface mechanism appears to have the ability to deconstruct/reconstruct biological matter. Flynn went in, came back out. It stands to reason that anyone else that comes out comes out as flesh.

Well, the interface was supposed to go Bio -> Digital, then Digital back to Bio. Under that logic, the user's shouldn't have had flesh/blood while inside.

I saw it as her getting Flynn's old body. His body was broken down 10 years ago or whatever, but was rebuilt as her when she came into the real world.

Stoked. I love Tron 2. It was a highly enjoyable experience seeing it in 3D. Can't wait for the next film. Also, I hope this will make Disney bring back elecTRONica at disneyland cuz those were good times. Also, real life flynn's arcade.

When legacy came out we went to a normal digital showing. Sound was messed up, we complained and got upgraded to 3D. Definitely better.

First rumored last month, it appears that Walt Disney Pictures is, indeed, moving forward with TRON 3 as The Hollywood Reporter today confirms Olivia Wilde will be reprising her role as everyone’s favorite ISO, Quorra! She joins fellow returning lead Garret Hedlund, who is set to return as Sam Flynn. TRON: Legacy helmer Joseph Kosinski will also be back with plans for production to take place in Vancouver later this year.

Lol damn it. Was hoping Disney gave the movie another chance. I'm sure all we'll see now are games to milk what's left of the franchise.
