I pointed it to our DNS, updated the dns name (we were listed as the third dns option, so I just swapped the primary with third) and all of a sudden, their one network scan wouldn't work, and ours still wouldn't work. Sometimes even computers on our domain at this location, we still have to use the fully qualified domain name due to dns issues under the hood behind the switch. And it's 100% a case of too many cooks in the kitchen. The switch my program uses is still configured for another onsite program that shares a building. I'm at the point now where I'm about to push for a new switch to be installed, 100% configured for our DNS, domain, etc, and get all our crap migrated off of that other agencies switch and be done with it.
