Marvel's Most Wanted (ABC - Nope)

Yesterday we heard how Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will be tying into Avengers: Age of Ultron. Now there's word on the possible spinoff show reported earlier this month.

According to a report, it appears that Mockingbird and her Cinematic Universe ex-husband, Lance Hunter, are close to becoming the new leads in the spinoff.

Things between the two are even messier with the S.H.I.E.L.D. vs. the "real" S.H.I.E.L.D. conflict currently going on and the two on separate sides.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. executive producer Jeffrey Bell and co-executive producer Paul Zbyszewski are writing a script and would executive produce the show. ABC hasn't given the show a greenlight yet and a promo or pilot may film first.

It's unclear whether or not the show would run at the same time as Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. or serve as a bridge between the fall and winter break. It was also mentioned that other ideas in contention include a show centering on Kamala Khan as Ms. Marvel along with another midseason run of Agent Carter.

Agreed. With how much Marvel stuff is around I worry about over saturation. I like both characters a lot but not enough to watch a spin off.

Did not want this to happen, but after their pretty heartfelt departure on AoS, it'd be kinda ruining that moment to have them come back. Then again, that's what they did with Coulson and Ward. Maybe Shield will find itself in such a predicament that they just come storming in all bad ass like and save the day and say fuck being disavowed. Write in some silly plot filler about how Mack stayed in touch enough to let them know they needed help.
