so cool! looks great. i triggered really hard though on the first one. half a map away and 3 turns to completely countdown objective

that MGS thing at the beginning is a huge and great change to the game as far as i can tell. but really lots of little things seem awesome too. loot, carrying dudes, etc. etc.

can't wait!

Not going to lie, I got a good hearty laugh out of "Can you believe people want to marry these things?"

Minor complaint, but I'm not really digging the UI doing that connection-hiccup-flicker thing every time there's an explosion. I don't remember it being in the first game, but it's been a few years so I may be wrong.

I don't remember that either. Hopefully they're going to fix the clipping stuff with walls etc.

i'm with you, it got annoying very quickly. it's not in the first game because i am currently replaying it and shooting rockets and throwing grenades like a motherfucker

yeah lots and lots of bugs in the first one that i hope will be fixed on release. i still saw a couple there though.

lol the only way to get stuff is to loot it seems. Especially on escape missions. I guess you could just sit there at the evac and just let them keep coming in and gain tons of exp and loot lol.
