Still can't get over how much the main character looks like Milla. Excited for this though, didn't realize this one was coming to PS3 as well. Looks like it's using the Graces/Zestiria combat system which I'm still not in love with but oh well.

Honestly, if they continue using that style I think my long run with this series may be over soon.

I finished Graces and kinda liked it by the end (haven't started Zestiria, or done Graces F/extra story) so I dunno if that system will grow on me more but...Xillia was a lot easier to get through.

Xillia/Xillia-2's combat was pretty much perfect to me (especially Xillia's where you weren't dicking around with weapon type weaknesses like Xillia-2) so I don't know why they keep flip-flopping between the two combat styles.

If that were true they'd true to include both styles or maintain a balance or define a new series with the system.

Bouncing between both is a pretty good way to alienate your fans.

They need to just stick with the more typical LMBS like Xillia/Vesperia/Eternia etc
Not only do those games sell more but its what the goddamn series was built on (and they are far more solid mechanically)

Vesperia had my favourite Overlimit system (for how completely broken you could make it), but Jude was/is probably the most overpowered main character yet (hello to you time-stopping Flash Pivot) and Xillia's combat seemed to flow a little better for me.
