Just beat it, ending E (with help) and man. This uhh was a hell of a game lol highly recommended
Still on my first playthrough, 16 hours in and enjoying the game immensely.
What's all this about ending E though? Without spoiling it, why exactly is it hard? I don't remember having to do anything hard to get all the endings in the first game.
it turns into a bullet hell type of game
Yeah, screen pretty much filled with orbs.
Anyway, beat the game with ending E. What I said when I beat the game the first time still stands. Easily became one of my top favorite games.
Also, for starting out on Hard, the first mission is definitely the worst part about it. Everything after that is a lot easier to deal with. Don't get me wrong, you're getting one-shot'd most the time (until you get proper chips/items), but with the ability to save more frequently, it's not bad. After a while, I started running around in my farm/moving speed+ chip set and only switched to my attack and def+ set during bosses.
I guess I wait for Persona 5 now.
I'm not good at bullet hell. Not looking forward to it x.x
I'm not sure, I didn't play Drakengard 1 or 2. Hoping he gets to make his Drakengard collection to try them. Er, I mean I'm not sure if it's the same as 1s, but yeah, it's a rhythm type thing.

In drakengard 1, I believe you actually had room for error in that one, meaning you could fuck up/miss a few notes here and there. In Drakengard 3, if you fuck up one note you have to restart, no room for error at all, and the song is like 7min and 30sec long if I remember right, as well as the troll/dick move they add by throwing in one last note completely off key while the screen is black at the very end that makes it even more bullshit
That ending was so bad some people were honestly paying others just to do it for them. I remember some people spending days actually trying to do that ending. My friend tried for quite a long time as well till he eventually gave up and just used a note sync video on youtube and tried to sync his game to the video to hit all notes, something a lot of people had to resort to. For me being semi decent at rhythm games, I still had some trouble with it, but it eventually got to point where I could do it flawlessly each time even without looking.
Wish I still had the game to try this out
^ I don't think I want to ruin my hands doing that haha
i guess i should've paid mind when jackass gave me a fish and said 'don't blame me if it kills you'
i ate the fish and laughed a bunch until i loaded back in and realized i lost an hour of progress
on the back burner you go, nier
Isn't that one of the endings?
Yep.
Also losing an hour isn't really a big deal, you gain whatever you want really fast.
Also like let that be a lesson to save basically when you are near a save point. I don't think I've gone an hr away from save points ever.
God fucking damn this is the game that keeps on giving. I'm right after ending P.
I wonder if it's possible to consume all the save files/games if I purposely ram into each orb/bullet... sort of wonder how the system works.
I must say though, the credits mini game is amazing. The messages felt really encouraging, with the way they appeared and how it's in different languages. Then, as you accept the help, the song becomes more powerful as more people join to sing. Oh that felt so good.
