    Taken from my post yesterdy:

Emergency tactics: One spell only. Will look like a double cure (Two cure values instead of a combined value)

Short test of Dissipation: Cures went from 1900-2000 to 2.2-2.4k HP.

Could not click off the buff.

Does not affect healing magic potency stat itself.

    Lustrate is unaffected.

Edit: http://prntscr.com/7jf6ml This is what base stats look like (MND+30 for that image).

    Better OP/Title to come.

Is it verified that Lustrate is unaffected by healing potency buffs? That doesn't make any sense, since it's now a potency-based spell. Is it affected by healing potency reductions like disease/malady?

Eyeball, but it definitely seems affected for the worse by using under Cleric Stance.

It currently does not work with healing potency buffs. Unverified, but someone was saying infirmity from twintania did not affect lustrate.

I think newLustrate, Assize, Essential Dignity, etc are the first time we've had Cure Potency "Abilities". They might have keyed all the buffs and infirmity to only deal with "Spells". Intentionally or oversight.

Like If you do dots then do fey wind vs doing fey wind THEN doing dots

Its a 3% buff so u don't see more than like +15 spellspeed. I doubt that will significantly up ur dot dmg.

I believe it is a 3% net increase to speed, not the skill/spell speed stat... in which case it would be equivalent to several hundred SKS/SPS.

Yeah, I bet that's why they changed it. Now that SS affects DoT damage too, it serves the same purpose as before without powering DoTs.

This may not translate over, but quick testing on WHM by a friend suggested POM does not affect Regen HoT ticks. When I added spell speed, there was a noticeable increase in regen ticks. Furthermore, POM did not affect the spell speed stats as it did before. Overall, I believe SE made the adjustments to Spell Speed/Skill Speed buffs such that they increase the resultant speed, but will not impact dots.

So... warriors have an ability where they take crit damage from behind...

That works for heals (just like awareness used to), so you can easily land crit shields on him than spread that shield to your party. I imagine with gear and right buffs getting a 10k raid wide shield on demand shouldn't be a problem :3

Tired but the spell that spreads galvanize and efe you can spread both.

I efe tank then adlo, then use tactics? And everyone in range gets both

Spreading e4e is kind of pointless though.

It is, just wanted to point you that it's possible.

But if you have a fight with multiple mobs ( tanks) you can try to spread it out before tanks split

Exemple Bahamut (Won't work for real since fight is surely capped at 50) but.

At first giga, just EFE MT then spread on OT for adds, that way others can save their CD and use it later

Yah I use Deployment tactics whenever I use e4e since their cooldown is the same. If I know there is a pull coming, I try to aldo first, then e4e, then deployment tactics.

I also hate how selene on sic likes to try and cure debuffs that can't be cured. Not a big deal, would just make being lazy easier.

i was fully expecting Selene to be completely dumb and use it on cooldown even when we have no debuffs. what she does now is a pleasant surprise.

Amazing "ninja" buff for Selene: she will auto-clear Heavy when you're mounted (in Sic, of course).

That alone is worth the cost of admission.

Eos is still Obey-only, of course.

Selene is probably optimized with Obey, but honestly I only use Selene for trash anyway (I don't use SCH for endgame progression), and I don't really care if she burns erase when she shouldn't. So it's Sic for her.
