I'm personally waiting for Nintendo Labo Fails.
This is bad and I feel bad for having watched it. But I can admit I'm definitely not the demographic for this. I just want my consoles to play some fucking games man.
I mean they did say it was marketed toward kids. If I were like 10 I would looooove this.
I’m curious about the price point and how durable these things are. Kids would plow through these in a heartbeat.
Labo robo seems to be 80$ on amazon.com
Nintendo figured out a way to charge people $70 for cardboard and people are excited over it. I'm definitely in old man territory now. This looks like the dumbest shit I've seen in a long time.
Just put Netflix on this machine.

This is going to be popular with kids under 10

Nintendo deadass trying to sell us cardboard and it'll still sell better than the Xbox One X
Nintendo is the most money hungry company I've seen in gaming. I can't believe people even buy those Amiibo things, this doesn't surprise me at all lol.
Every company is "money hungry", it's necessary to survive and provide content. This is just not at all aimed at anyone but manchildren (fucking cardboard, dude!) and young kids. I'd still say it'll be fun for anyone that tried it because most of Nintendo's shit somehow always is.
That's actually cheaper than I expected considering a standard piece of new Switch software costs $60 by itself, so it's basically $20 extra for the various cardboard and whatever other bits n' bobs for building the stupid useless little robots. Way cheaper than buying a kid a Skylanders set and figures.
but... I think some of the games require more joycons to play
am I blind or are those RC "cars" moving based on joycon vibration rather than mechanical wheels?
Official price is $69, releases 4/20.
Man do I regret selling my Nintendo stock during the Wii U era.
That much for cardboard? Nintendo really does have it's fans and customers over a barrel LOL
