Wait, you mean you have both routers on the same network? You'll need to reassign one of them to a different ip, ie you can't have two machines/routers on the same ip address (assuming they both are trying to grab 192.168.1.1, nothing will work), and then assign one of the routers as a bridge (and hook this router up to your other via regular port). This is not automatic, you must do this yourself (the manufacturers should have instructions or else the router's firmware should help you). I also don't know if your modem has a built-in router as well, which can also muck things up further.


Though with the tplink being that cheap, could give it a go. You'll be wanting the higher speeds anyway, provided it's stable.
