...And now we have another puppy, 3 month old "King"! (I SO DID NOT CHOOSE THAT NAME! Bf says it's from Cave Story, his favorite game.) He wanted a larger, male dog, this is the second one we've had the meet'n'greet with, I approved and he's home as of yesterday. Honeybear is being very good, not overly interested, not mad, just wondering what he is, and why he's on the bed with us. He's very submissive and gentle, which I like (I always said, I never would have picked Honeybear, but we have her and I'll never give my baby up!) He's definitely smelly, like a dog, which makes me appreciate how lovely Honeybear's head smells (oh, I sniff it) and how silky her fur is. That's my baby.

Tucker (my pup) had his first bath last night. He seems to like it lol. Didn't squirm much other than the initial shock of "omg lots of water". He's been doing better with his biting. A friend suggested timeouts in a spare room of the house and they've been working I think. He seems to bite on us less and more on his toys. Although he still does bite on us from time to time, but that's unavoidable I think.

Hah, he's not biting hard enough for bandages. He's not biting hard enough to pierce any skin, just his teeth are getting sharper and sharper each day. So we're trying to curb the behavior as much as possible before it does become a problem.

I'd probably just tell him no every time he bites and punish him a little for biting. Then when he doesn't bite I would reward him with doggy treats.
