I cannot wait
Caitlynn Jenner episode right off the bat, woooo coming out swinging.
Would you expect anything less from South Park?
You know the first episode cant aim for anything less but this region right here:
Spoiler: show
Caitlynn was made for South Park going to be great !
Opening scene and I'm already dying lol
I hate PC bros IRL.
What the hell do PC/Check your privileges even mean? I heard the latter, but no clue what the fuck PC means.
So did South Park Elementary just become Tumblr?
I had a few laughs, mostly involving anything Randy because he is golden, but overall it felt like it was 29 minutes to set up the "Have your cake and eat it, too." joke.
PC = Politically Correct, aka everything you could ever say is wrong. The guy beating the shit out of Cartman for saying "spokesman" is pretty accurate.
Honestly not sure how long the phrase has been around, but I first learned about it back in elementary school in the 80s or 90s, and it was the general idea was that "they're Native Americans, not Indians" or "African-Americans, not blacks". Which is fine.
Recently it has been getting out of control with people actually getting offended by the phrase "Americans" pertaining to "US Citizens", because "America is more than just the United States, and it marginalizes those in other American countries" (no, it fucking doesn't).
Also, if you're a straight white male, fuck you, because you were born into privilege, everything you have was handed to you, and need to be reminded of how great you have it and how evil you are every 20 minutes.
So yeah, South Park Elementary did become Tumblr.
Holy shit that was gold. The Bratt Favre clip of him clapping was just... perfect lmao.
Episode was fantastic. Was there a specific reason why they always referenced him as "The Commissioner" and not Roger Goodell? And the random Jared tossed in was just pure icing on the cake
I just re-watched that clip, Cartman says "send in Jared"
They definitely referenced him as Jared, and name dropped Favre and Brady and etc. Just never said Roger Goodell which I thought was kind of weird
Maybe they got complaints from the NFL about referencing Goddell in the washington redskins episode, but never got any flack from the NFLPA about referencing players?
