I didn't remember that move from Proto-Omega but still, how is it going to translate for players?
It's not something that you use, it procs with a certainly low % on your autoattacks.
I wonder what it does, 3x damage and knockback to the current target? Because surely it can't have the long readying time or the enmity reset thing lol
Well, I guess actually it could have the enmity reset.

I'll go out on a limb and say all drops are no created equal in these new BCs. I've done 10 Promy D myself and haven't seen 1 body. I also haven't seen a single person in the body yet, which if it was as common as, say, Mes. Haub, then it'd be all over the place by now, since the BCs have been clogged here none stop since maint ended.

ps. JP latency is so unfair when entering these BCs -.-

Did 3 O/U fights, first geo+blu and trusts no drops then 2 on pld with trusts that dropped nothing and Terminal Plate. For any pld's thinking of soloing this, Onca Suit is your best friend for omega and a self erase/waltz helps for ultima since trusts don't seem to care about erasing elegy.

edit: all 3 fights were on normal difficulty.

I saw the doublet in town last night about an hour after the patch dropped. I was shocked too.

Omega is really annoying sometimes with pile pitch > counter. Ultima is so easy though.

Gyve trousers from Promathia (as would be suggested by Gyve doublet, as well)

Completed Promathia on VD with PLD/BLU/DNC/MeleeGEO/WHM/RDM

Overall pretty simple, nothing new to the fight. Accuracy was not an issue for BLU or DNC, with 98%/87% respectively. I was only using sushi and my third out of 7 accuracy sets, so no problem there. Nothing really to talk about, other than the fact that he hits harder.

Now, O/U on VD is a different story. Omega died without a sweat, but then we got to Ultima and he ripped through our party. Around 70% he began using Nuclear Waste, which lowered all status resists of those in range by 50 and then immediately followed up with either Turbofan, Hydro Cannon, High-Tension Discharger, Cryoshot, or Flame Thrower. No matter which move he used, our Aegis PLD was one-shot with the record damage being 2.5k. No matter how much -DT and MDB I stacked on BLU, I wasn't getting hit for any less than 1.9k. And he spams these abilities very frequently. I'm not sure how to avoid this behavior, but I know he didn't do any of that on D, so it looks like we'll be sticking to that until we figure out what caused this or how to avoid it.

    VD titles
    O/U : Conquerer of Fear
    Promathia : Dawn's Delight

Ultima breath attacks were doing 1200~1500 damage with Earthen Armor.

Ultima does all the elements, I think. Omega is entirely nonelemental, iirc.

D/VD promathia is pretty fucking easy, like i'm absolutely suprised how easy. Astral flow/Conduit on my SMN and i'm killing one of the two forms even on VD, and he's not resistant to stun at all from ramuh.
