Looks like I won't be able to make it to a NWHL game while I'm up north, nothing in the Buffalo area while I'm in town. Bummer, I'd have loved to support them.

Was amusing, she showed up and played totally dumb about things. Got on the ice, went ham.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, there's some great girls out there when it comes to hockey, including at the rinks I frequent. Don't know that I have an appetite to watch a women's only league on top of the time I spend on NHL, but I don't discount the abilities some girls out there have

FDNY destroyed the Riveters 6-2 in an exhibition game

I dont think women can match up with men physically in any aspect of hockey (edit: assuming equal skill level) with the exception of perhaps speed/agility and this just further drilled that into my brain

That said i spent the 150 bucks and got season tickets for the riveters anyway, they play where i Used to play some games in High School
