Californians Fleeing to Texas to create Conservative Communities, 20M expected to Migrate by 2050

The guy leading the charge is Paul Chabot, a Republican who has two failed bids at congress and is believing the ultra-far-left ideology is taking over.
And that left ideology in California are largely wealthy liberal coastal elites that I believe controlled most of California through politics and fundraising and policies, hands down. When you get to the inland part of these states — the Inland Empire, the Central Valley — these are areas where you have working poor people that are living largely impoverished and forgotten.
They'd better stick to cities like Dallas, or they're in for a shock at how diverse and liberal cities like Houston and Austin are. Hell, move to East Texas. I'm pretty sure it's unofficially illegal to be black or Jewish out in that part of the state.
They'd better hurry up, Texas was a more competitive state in 2016 than Ohio was.
we've been off the front page for far too long:

To be fair in odd years the texas state legislature doesn't work.
gotta admit that's a pretty sweet gig
The pay is garbage though.
State legislators in Texas make $600 per month, or $7,200 per year, plus a per diem of $190 for every day the Legislature is in session (also including any special sessions). That adds up to $33,800 a year for a regular session (140 days), with the total pay for a two-year term being $41,000.
Is it a full time job? I think in some states it is not.
No, you're only working during the regular session. Most of them here still have jobs, and/or retired when they do it.

Woman found guilty for voter fraud because she voted while still on probation. She has been sentenced to 5 years in prison.
five years seems insane for-
-oh, she's black.
Hispanic legal-but-not-legal-to-vote also got 8 years for voting (twice for Republicans.)
don't forget the part where election officials helped her fill out a special type of ballot specifically to have it checked to make sure she was elligible, and that it was not counted because that part worked.
and also the part where her counsel for some fucking reason waived her right to a jury trial
I mean the law worked.
She's never voting again
