Controller mapping help

[Fondue]

I play kind of weird, left hand is on the left side of a controller for movement and targeting and I use my right hand on a naga for the 12 buttons there and then just click everything else in my bars

I'm in kb/mouse mode for the game but is there any way to make the left bumper/trigger act like the ctrl and alt buttons for using the naga on lines 2/3 of my hotbars?

I believe you can do that using something like JoyToKey.

JoyToKey works in the game, can confirm. Can easily assign buttons as mentioned.
I always forget to turn it off so that's why I know it works!

You can make JTK change profiles based on the focused program.

ie. Just have one active when XIV is selected and make another with no binds to become active when you switch to explorer.exe, your browser, etc.

Ohhh thanks for that tip. I never looked into it much more for configuring it, only got my buttons up and running and called it a day.
