Fun fact: when Bill Clinton left office he and his staff booby trapped and pranked the fuck out of the Capitol building for incoming Bush administration.

Stole door knobs, toilet seats, graffiti, etc.

Isn't there a tradition of sorts that happens between every administration? For some reason I remember reading that somewhere.
