I'm sure if the investigation turns up anything more substantial than bad tweets and google searches they will get in more trouble
I don't know Nynja...I think I hear people mostly bitching about how we have too many people on "administrative leave" or put on "clerical duties" until similar investigations are conducted.
Again, these guys did nothing illegal, exactly what are you expecting to happen in such a short time frame? Canadian laws be different and all, but I can't imagine your state has much legal ground to stand on when these guys sue for wrongful termination and all the state can do to back up their claim is "well they said some untoward things online related to religion, thats enough grounds for termination right?".

Canada's terrorism laws.
Also, the articles said it was direct ISIS propaganda, not "comments about religion"

According to the program J.E., at least one of those employees has posted Islamic State propaganda on their Facebook page, including video of executions.

Those are slightly worse than "I stand with Milo"
Just slightly though.
All those links and you leave out the best.. smh
It all depends on the employer and visibility. If they think keeping you around is costing them more than gaining them you probably gunna get cut loose
Something employers in "at-will" states can do. Plus add in "professionalism" clauses and people can get shitcanned over stupid shit like posting pro-Pepsi memes on your FB while working for Coca-Cola and there's fuckall they can do about it.
Oooooh girl. Yes baby, white folk are oppressed so hard and can never talk about agreeing with shitty people without blowback from them damn PC libtards. YAAAASSS GAWD, fight that good fight! Milo was intelligent and not gutter trash, he will go down in history as one of the greats!
Those are all examples in America but yours is about Canada... Baby GURL, I SEE YOU OUT HERE TRYNA WORK. You keep reaching and you might be able to make some roundabout conclusion that makes sense in your mind in which it's Islamophobia that those people weren't fired while under investigation. I like that you also didn't post articles about all the LEO that are only suspended with pay during investigations after killing unarmed individuals.
