Got refresh +2 on my first augment on herc feet, so I guess that's nice for blu.
I don't see why anybody still cares about refresh gear tbh. I can't think of any situation where I'd wear it over PDT/MDT gear.
My refresh gear takes up too many slots for what it's worth and I go days without using it. But sometimes you accidently busted too much MP to cast Stoneskin before convert or something and want some quick ticks.
However I think those min/max Idle/refresh/autoregen sets are mostly a brainchild of FFXIAH itemset warriors
It's one of those old 'back in my days' thing where 2mp/tick was huge. Nowadays, refresh on gear is plentiful, so people think less of it.
I feel they're a relic of the past. When your HP/MP is restored before every fight and there is a plethora of other options to restore MP, it's hard to justify. It kills me when I see people wearing non ilvl refresh too. The number of times I've witnessed people die from Meteor/AoE because they're wearing 2x serpentes or whatever over ilvl PDT/MDT is saddening.
I still wear serpx2. I hope people know they can change gear with buttons. Hopefully I can get refresh on hands and/feet with this dark matter campaign though.
So not sure if it's been mentioned but with dark matter got 2 of the special stats. Tons of text lol. 7 agi, 14 acc/att, 16 mab/macc, 2 fast cast and 6 occult acumen
Also I just noticed on the bg wiki page for this it has "Chance of Successful Block" under Chironic armor set and that set only sure that's right?
Edit: Scratch that you can get all kinds of special stats. Friggin blood boon, fast cast and chance for successful block all on herculean gloves lol
Yeah it goes everywhere. I got like +15 int/mnd/chr on one of my tries lol
Got Quad Atk+2 on the katana. Rest of the stats sucked though.

Caps are increased about 50% with Dark Matter and you can get any available augment. There is essentially no chance of getting a useful TP, WS, nuking, etc. piece because the pool of potential augments is way too large, but for single-stat pieces (basically just Refresh, TH, or -DT%) Dark Matter could be good. Iirc the caps are 2, 2, 5% respectively with Dark Matter.
Ah see didn't know it was about 50% increase in cap. Regardless 7 is kind of crazy when you think about stacking. It might actually make aeonic shield viable as crazy as that sounds
