    I hated Abjs system, for very different reasons, but I gotta say they seemed more "final armor" than Reisenjima armor does.
    The Pellucid/Taupe/Fern augment system is not that bad in the end. It's very random, but the base stats on items plus availability of stones (and single quality for them) makes the system kinda... okaysh to me.
    The Dark Matter one instead doesn't feel right, but at this point I'm not sure there's really space for complaints.

    I wonder if there is a cap on Song+ and whether the augment can go over +1. Making a song+5 set would be pretty great.

    +9 songs with gjallarhorn would push some songs to Idris level like march or madrigal

    Idris can give +100 Accuracy (and -100 Evasion) and +61% Attack (or -42% Defense).

    +9 songs would be +25 Accuracy per Madrigal, +33 Attack per Minuet, and +14% Haste per March.
    Valor Minuet V : 105 Attack
    Valor Minuet IV : 99 Attack
    Blade Madrigal : 55 Accuracy
    Sword Madrigal : 40 Accuracy
    Victory March : 23% Haste
    Advancing March : 20% Haste

    Mage's Ballad 3 : 12 MP/tick
    Mage's Ballad 2 : 11 MP/tick
    Mage's Ballad : 10 MP/tick

    Long and the short of it is that 2 Bard songs still wouldn't be competitive with 1 Idris Geomancy in every way except MP regeneration. Still, you might be able to reliably fulltime Marcato with the extra duration, which means you'd only need Marcato Victory March + Haste 1 to cap magic Haste. Mage's Ballad 1-3 + Sage Etude (33MP/tick + 24 INT) would be pretty cool as a second buffer in a manaburn.
