Oh man, so many new animes... so much ecchi... must download it all...
wtb the new 4TB SSD's that are $500 sooner qq Q2 2016 is too far away...
lol. I have a 16TB NAS for all my movies/shows/anime :d Mostly just movies at this point though. Anime is come and go compared to what it used to be. Since I travel so much I usually just stream it.
Mah lawd. Fucking jelly of all you bastards and your storage!
I thought my 3TB for anime was great...
That new RPG stuck in game anime is pretty good. Interesting mix of animation.

Showa Genroku Raguko Shinju Ep 1 - Really strong first episode, nicely animated, bit of a surprise coming from Deen. Didn't quite know what I was getting myself into with this one at first since I didn't know about raguko - and then I realized I'd kinda seen it before, in Reservoir Dogs (the commode scene Mr. Orange learns to get into the crew).
Bubuki Buranki Ep 1 - Thought it was good, but the story felt like it went in a totally different direction in the second half. Wanna see where it goes and how everything ties together, but overall this episode was average.
Durarara x2 Ketsu Ep 1 - Damn I missed this show! Probably need to rewatch the whole x2 arc tho cuz...Spoiler: show
Dimension W... totally not what I expect starts out with energy gouging/monopoly and a serious seeming MC who is stuck in the past... and then OP has him dancing his heart out lol.
Is God Eater ever gonna finish? Remember the last episode that aired said next was gonna be in December, but haven't seen anything pop up since. As is, shit was erratic.
Gintama
gg, can't wait till next week. The only parody anime that will have you in tears.
Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo!
Another "trapped in another world" type anime.... sort of, seems like it will be a bit more ecchi/comedy though than the other Hai to Gensou no Grimgar ... maaaybe!
Gintama has always been one of my top anime purely for it's comedy alone but every time they do one of these more serious arcs I just get slapped in the face with how good a show it really is. This arc is pushing it into the all-time favourite category. Just thinking back to all the episodes, from the shorter half-episode story segments, to the bigger, multi-episode story arcs, this show seriously delivers and has been so goddamn consistent in what has now been over 300 episodes.
If you haven't seen it, 100% go watch the movie. Not the benizakura remake (which was also really fantastic, especially with that re-animated fight scene at the end with Gintoki and Zura), but the newest movie. Comedy is top-notch and the feels and tears and story are just fantastic. I could not recommend this series enough to anyone who hasn't seen it yet.
Gintama has always done work with serious arcs. The comedy can be hit or miss but Gintama always gets it right with the feels.
It's focus is probably comedy with some action intermixed. Should be some fun ecchi moments. Almost complete opposite direction of Grimgar. Skythewood is/was translating the LN, but I think he had to take down the first five volumes due to DMCA.Spoiler: show
Kono Subarashi Sekai Ni Syufuku Wo! Ep1
Ok. That was pretty good., so far, the two leads have unique personalities, and are very entertaining and it looks like it could be pretty damn fun to follow with the good comedy and interesting characters.
