The takeaway from this season for MSU, is that we still need to perform in bowl games. Sure we had a good stint of wins, but we cant lose in the big games.

Also ill take this loss any day if it meant we got that lolmichigan win, especially how it ended this year lol

Results of fluke wins, injuries, and poor OOC scheduling not weeding out teams to get a true matchup.

Damn, the top teams in the Big 12 this year.. TCU hasn't played yet, but Baylor won with their..4th qb? and OU/OKSt got/getting housed lol

and the SEC was down as hell this year, yet outside of A&M and Florida being shit, the rest have done okay so far I guess.

I never expected Tennessee to dominate Northwestern like that today but I really enjoyed watching it! A big improvement over last year.

Started as a blowout and then it decided it wasnt going to be like the other games.

Georgia let a mediocre Penn State creep back in, but we somehow managed a win.

Defense looked good but relented in the 4th quarter. Chubb's recovery is coming along really well from how he looked on the sidelines. 10-3 season, and the perfect microcosm of the Richt era. Glad the book is closed on that.

I started watching Law & Order, lol. For my money pickem we had to lock all picks before the first bowl game. Had TCU PK and counted it lost when Boykin hit a cop. 2nd half and overtime were magical

Watson will keep it interesting for a while because his skill set is the type that is effective against Alabama, normally. I think this defense is capable of shutting him down after his O-line gets worn out in the 3rd. The question is if Coker and the WRs can play like they did against MSU.

Aren't there normally a handful of craptacular bowl games the next few days, like MAC vs. Conference USA type games? I take it they changed that this year so there's nothing after Jan 2 except the NCG?

It's a little weird there's not a game every day now, but I think I'm OK with it.

I think they moved a lot to fill in the week before Christmas or something. Saturday is the FCS championship. Might have the FBS and FCS champs from the same state.
