i kinda like them online, but in person the darkened lower portion where the upper is glued to the sole bugs the shit out of me.

did anyone else catch the saucony originators only line dropping in the next week or two? there's one colorway that's a 100% rip of the ronnie fieg volcanoes and looks fresh as hell. not a brand that's ever been on my radar but i love that color scheme, prob my only shot at it since even the GL3 volcanoes that released earlier this year are already creeping up toward $400

i watched him unveil them last night on his instagram story, i feel like most looked better being briefly shown on video than in this picture. There were a few pairs toward the beginning that I thought were flames and now looking at that picture i dont even know which ones they were.

I love that Ivan basically started a sneaker fan twitter account and now has a deal with Saucony. He seems like a real good dude.

those are the miadidas, i just chose the plainest/most boring configuration possible lol. they all have the rainbow heel and orange torsion bar underneath, customization options were basically black/white/grey/navy for the upper/cage & those + solar red for the outsole. the only parts with a wide range of options were the extra laces and reflective tongue tab

At least from what we know I'm definitely not excited about the rest of the drops this year. 4.0 UBs don't look like anything special, so can cross that off unless something really cool comes along with it.

Grab the triple black PK NMDs down the line once resale is reasonable, and MAYBE the flyknit Jordan 1s. Tho tbh I cant conceive of any outfits I could actually rock those in, so maybe not.
