Only reason I have an NRA membership is that the range I go to requires it as part of their club membership (which is required so that idiots can be screened out).

so, you're saying you're not a terrorist?
Not a terrorist......just on too many damn mailing lists because of it. You should see the quantity of spam the email on file with them gets after joining. That and the weekly, "Send us money" physical mail.
From what I read in the lawsuit he and his family are more Bahamas type ppl. 8 times in the last 5 years.
Never expected to really get anything from my membership. I knew it was money down a well, but like I said; it was a requirement for my range membership. And I've had a lot of fun over the years there. From what I understand the requirement is in place because it makes it easier to get Glock, Kimber, etc. to sponsor matches.
Our club has hosted the Glock state match for quite a few years and every year have a large turnout with 100+ shooters. Although this year might be different because of COVID-19. It has already been delayed from April to December and depending on how things go, may be cancelled.
The club membership is what is required for range access, that's what the filter is, no non-members.
But, the NRA membership is baked into the club membership.
edit: disregard
Walmart removes guns and ammo from shelves, citing 'isolated civil unrest'
Gun purchase interest tends to rise around stressful events and ahead of elections.https://www.nbcnews.com/business/bus...nrest-n1245384Walmart has removed all guns and ammunition products from its sales floors in response to concerns about break-ins and civil unrest.
The firearms products will still be available upon customer request.
“We have seen some isolated civil unrest and as we have done on several occasions over the last few years, we have moved our firearms and ammunition off the sales floor as a precaution for the safety of our associates and customers,” Kory Lundberg, a spokesman for Walmart, told NBC News in an emailed statement.
I can't wait to hear how this is some Democratic conspiracy to take away all the guns and all the ammo.
Any good ammo supplier stocks to invest in??? I realize this isn't the gamestonks thread but this seems like it may be a good idea to ask here.
