Yeah a lot of legitimate concerns about using the list for anything other than just watching. Even if you take out the lack of transparency and secret government lists thing the threshold for taking actions should by it's very nature be higher than that of just watching someone. Having them be the same sort of defeats the purpose and lets people know they are being watched... or at least more than the average person

The No Fly/No Buy bill is worded fairly hard and loose on how it could be applied. I would oppose the bill on that alone regardless of party affiliation or having to be gun related.

Florida has a reciprocity agreement with Alabama's CCP law. She presented an expired permit when checked at the gate with a concealed weapon. Law is fully working as intended here and likely she will dodge felonious charges but she WILL have her permit revoked for life in the state of Alabama.

That permit was expired for 10 months, what a dumbass. Idk how Mobile county operates, but Tuscaloosa county sends out a reminder weeks before you expire and allows for a 5 year renewal.

Even if it wasn't expired, the fact of the matter is Disney is a privately owned company and can permit what is and isn't allowed in their parks. A second person at one of the other WDW parks the same day also got nailed for bringing a loaded gun in. And I think it was a year or two ago someone managed to get a gun in and it fell out of his pocket while on a ride and was found by a kid who got in the car after he exited.

Don't worry they had a backup plan of 6 US Marshals tackling and tazing him in the courtroom right after the verdict so they could drag him to Nevada for other charges.

This is not all of the charges and some of the suspects are wanted on federal charges in connection with the Nevada stuff. The lesson here is for prosecutors to try a little harder to come up with credible charges. The Bundys are not done in court.
