So you never heard the sound effects from some abilities, that can make you dodge them without even looking at them?
Oh also the sound effects are directional, so you know if it's coming from the left the right, from above or below.

This thread sucks. Back on topic. With that said, any SMN opener tips for Faust+? First Faust dies so fast, there isnt time to even get DwT before it is <20% so I just switch targets early. Is it better to wait to burst the 3rd guy?

I don't do SMN for the fight, but it might not be the best idea to be bursting your two Fausts too quickly since the enrage is apart of Hummelfausts' (sp?) rotation.

You have 50 seconds or when your two Fausts die (whichever comes first) for the Hummelfaust to spawn. His spawn is what starts the enrage timer.

I'd assume you prime a 3rd Aethertrail stack on fresh Aetherflow + 3 Aetherflow stacks for his landing and go to town.

This I did not know. Thought enrage timer started at pull of the two Fausts. That changes everything.

From what I hear it's very mechanically intensive. Saw some group streaming last night and it was a huge cluster.

It seems like the setback on wipes is the most annoying part. You have to do all the bosses that you already downed and all of them are very mechanically heavy. The further you get, the slower the progress becomes. You're also constantly in combat, so your mp won't regen between bosses, which also slows things down.

I didn't pay attention for the crafted gear but you can actually pentameld them? I'm not in game atm.
