    BIOS screen problem

It's been awhile sinse I went into my BIOS I had everything set the way I wanted it. The other day I went into it to change something and when I pressed the DELETE key the screen came up and it was frozen. The keyboard or mouse wouldn't change any settings and you couldn't do anything. I thought it was just a bug and I shut down my computer using the power button. Restarted and went back into the BIOS and it's frozen again and what's more only part of the screen is showing. I haven't gone back into it sinse cause I'm afriad of bricking my computer. I've searched the issue and I get a bunch of different answers from serious problems to simple fixes. Does anyone know for sure what is the easiest way correct this problem?

    This is my motherboard:

Says that you have dual bios, not sure how your solution handles that, do you have a BIOS reset button on the MB?
