So Hundred really is a shitty combo of Freezing and Infinite Stratos.
So Hundred really is a shitty combo of Freezing and Infinite Stratos.
I don't even give those shows the dignity of a test watch anymore unless there is some kind of exceptional opinion on the series.
Anti-Magic Academy was the last show like that to get such a thing, and it turned out good.
Hundred, not so much. General opinion of that show was bad from the get go.
Dropped Stray Dogs. Shit was generic and not that funny.
Joker Game is the next on the chopping block unless next episode dazzles me.
Have all the shows aired yet? I feel like this season has been incredibly mediocre so far. Given how many great shows ended last season, I honestly have little to nothing to look forward to each week at the moment =/
It's basically just Jojo, Flying Witch, Hero Academy and maybe that bear show? The rest are bland or just bad.
Weak season start, doubt it'll get much better though since there's barely anything interesting.
Pretty much. And Flying Witch + Hero Academy are both on the weekend too. Makes the week mega slow +_+
Sakamota Desu Ga is pretty good. If you liked Asterisk war season 2 is picking up right up so it's pretty good. Season 2 of Assclass still going on too. Re: zero has been good so far.
No love for Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress?
It's anime. Most shows will fall under some tropey shit, and we eat it up every season.
I'm sticking with Stray Dogs because it reminds me of Kekkai Sensen.
I'm liking the two Trigger shows Kiznaiver and Luluco. Luluco reminds me of Panty and Stocking, plus it's a short.
I never gave Hundred a shot since I'm already watching Asterisk Wars. I can only handle one magic school show per season...
Mayoiga is holding my interest, but they really need to start killing off characters and trimming down the cast.
Seisen Cerberus and Onmyouji were both competing, but I might just drop both.
Re: Zero is your guy stuck in an MMO, but the respawn thing it has going is interesting.
The animation in Kabaneri is top notch, but no episode this week due to the earthquake.
Flying Witch, Sakamoto and Boku no Hero are probably the three I'm actually going to look forward to each week.
Ah yeah I slightly felt the earthquake from where I am at. At first I was thinking it was the neighbors having rough sex again
Honesty it just doesn't appeal to me. I never really liked Attack on Titan either but take my opinion with a grain of salt as my taste isn't really the same as many others on here.
Pretty much agree with Xerlic, Sakamoto, Flying Witch and Hero Acadamy are all I'm really looking forward to each week
Sakamoto was decent but there's something off putting about it. Honestly the funniest parts were in the gifs Ker showed.
Kabenari could be OK but they haven't exactly started off well, RE:Zero could be decent but I'm not holding out much hope.
That said the carry overs from previous seasons (AssClass, UshioTora) are still good, and I GUESS Asterisk Wars if you watched it last season which I didn't because after seeing how hilariously similar it was to another show that season it got dropped hard.
Looks like several simulcasts delayed due to a string of earthquakes in southern Japan.
Kuromukuro
Enjoying this so far. It's giving me an Escaflowne vibe except with aliens instead of the alternate world or whatever that anime had.

Definite watch:
-Boku no Hero Academia
-Re:Zero
-Kanberi
-Terra Formars
-JoJo
-Gyakuten Saiban
-Dragon Ball Super

-Haifuri
Backlog/downtime watching:
-Ushio & Tora new season
speaking of magic school, wtb more mahouka koukou
There was a poll on jp website to see which anime they want more season of, and the number #1 choice by far was that pink hair princess anime with the 4 dragon dudes? /barf, mahouka koukou was at #5 last time I check.
Not sure if Japan is full of trolls or just has terrible taste, there. Maybe both.
