The Mr. Peabody and Sherman Show(Netflix show)

Watched the whole first/second season, really love the style and art direction and I was not expecting it to be like this at all. Jazzy music, late night show setup complete with intro and NYC backdrop, and a great balance of new and what made the original great.

I didn't dig the writing too much in first season but second season they found the balance.

I dont think the episodes are connected yet, just going through each of the spies' missions, then probably they'll tie it up together at the end of the season.

Flying Witch and Tanaka-kun have both been really enjoyable, pleasant, slow-paced slice of live shows this season. Tanaka-kun was great today with the Class-rep's secret.

I kinda power-watched S1 before starting S2 and didn't think it was that bad. A bit slow perhaps, and seemingly incomplete (which I just passed off as the usual thing where a show takes a break to refill the anime budget).
